So many healthy choices here! Everything is vegan. This is my go-to when in Asheville. I LOVE the Chocolate Cherry Bomb smoothie and the A.L.T. sandwich. Also, the muffins are incredible and there are always new flavors to try. Parking can be hard but we have always had a spot open up.

Excellent menu of healthy food. I got their chickpea Caesar sandwich, the chickpea salad is very good. I also had a golden milk which was lovely. There’s definitely more on the menu I would like to try! The place has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are nice and clean. There’s also parking right out front.

This “Green Goodess Smoothie” at Pulp + Sprout Juice Bar and Vegan Cafe was amazingly delicious. It was soooooo good. Super excited I got to try this hidden gem. But if you ‘bout that life - you know where to find them in Asheville, NC.

Plant’s sister restaurant, this place had great baked goods & amazing cashew ricotta on top of avocado toast. We tried the chocolate chip cookie & blueberry muffin & we were blown away. I wish I took pictures but I still think about that blueberry muffin. I also appreciated how willing they were to accommodate to my dietary restrictions and modified my avocado toast.

Let me first say I am not a Vegan. My friend is and she chose the lunch spot! I chose the Mushrooms Banh Mi sandwich that came with sweet potato salad. The sweet potato salad was not over sweet but surprising to me- so full of flavor!!!!!!! The sourdough baguette was really really tough to eat, hard and not.easy to bite through. However, every single thing inside was simply phenomenal ! Just WOW! I did taste her beet sandwich which I surprisingly found refreshing and super yummy. We shared the Chickpea Caesar Salad, and I couldn't get enough. I would not hesitate to go back. We also bought a 6 pack of their juices home along with puppy treats. The place was super clean and absolutely PACKED! as we.left. they brought out a cheesecake! We.will go back. You don't have to be Vegan to eat here for sure.

This cafe was such a treat to visit. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the avocado toast! The atmosphere was vibrant and pleasant. The open kitchen layout fosters transparency with the food you nourish your body with. 10/10 recommend!

This place is a gem! Everyone is super lovely with a warm embrace. The food though…..ITS SO YUMMY! There’s love in everything! I tried a cup of seasonal garden veggie soup for brekky, then I had to try a cup of their Kitchari because I was curious, it’s also amazing! I’m finishing the day with a mushroom banh mi sammich…the better it gets the better it gets! It’s a wonderful life, George. Thank you, Pulp & Sprout! You’ve made a memorable impression.
